Introduction
This checklist is required for the SwitchBase Installation Team — the folks who are there to help you and your venue build everything to your specifications.
We are placing the Public Link information here because you may be interested in using them at your venue. You'll now know what to ask for and will understand how things work 'under-the-hood'.
Shortcuts are the gateway to anonomous Public Links that enable targeted Forms to be shared through multiple distribution channels → ex. SMS, QR codes, NFC, social media, and more.
To make a Public Link work you need 3 things:
- A. Shortcut Form as your target
- B. Short Code for each organization that is using Public Links
- C. The Public Link itself, which can be copied and used in multiple distributions → ex. SMS, QR codes, NFC, and social media, and more.

Consider using these ideas, or come up with ideas of your own:
- Create a VIP Check-in Shortcut and Public link to support it
- Create a Wetspill Shortcut and Public Link to support it
- Create a Lost Item Shortcut and Public Link to support it

Create a Shortcut that will be the desired targeted Form for the Public Link at your copy of the Thunderhawk Arena organization
