Walk 4 → Study Access Managers, Groups & Org Resources

Introduction​

For Walk 4, you will become a Access Manager — which is a defined set of permissions within Thunderhawk Events. To ensure security and data integrity, your Access Manager privilidges under the Admin menu are limited to Forms, Roles, Groups, Users, and Org Resources.

The remaining Admin features will be explored a bit later, starting in Lesson Walk 7.

Examine Roles in your Home Organization?
  • Check out your Home Organization
    • You may see all, some, or none of the Admin tools seen in the above image
    • If you don't see the Admin menu at all, you have been restricted completely! (Outrageous)
  • Albeit, if you have Manager-Access level permissions set by your Home Organization:
    • Explore the Admin menu's Forms, Roles, Inbox, and/or Users options
  • Next, find out what your specific Group is responsible for within your Home Organization
