Ask AI Use Case

SOP Performance Gaps

Venues have high standards regarding guest interactions and want to know how the Guest Services team stacks up.

  • Ask AI can cut across your Knowledge Base, incident Records, and the SwitchBase Help Center articles all at once to analyze performance.

In this Use Case, we are asking AI to query all of the records for the venue to look for gaps between the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) stored in the venue's Knowledge Base versus the actual performance of Guest Services relative to the SOPs.
