— Add Events — Printable

  1. Head to any Dashboard that includes an Event Controller

  2. Click + Add Event from the Event Controller widget

  3. Pick Create Blank → or choose a Shortcut from the list → ex. Hockey

  4. Fill in your Event Form → and click Create

  • In the example above, we have the following fields:

    • A. Event Typeoptional
    • B. Event Date/Timeset by clicking the Calendar icon
    • C. Event Name
    • D. Event Summarytrigger AI Event analysisleave blank for nowsee Summarize an Event with AI
    • E. Manager's nameoptional
    • F. Event Markerssee Add Event Markers below
  1. To save, click:

    • A. Create → to save and leave the Record open to review
    • B. Create + → to save and 'Start Another' Form simultaneously (Recommended)
    • C. Cancel → to return without saving

  • Click the + Orange Create Record icon

  • This is helpful if you are on a Dashboard without an Event Controller → ex. Lost & Found, Patrol, Maintenance . . .
