Register & Enable 2FA Security

To keep your account secure, SwitchBase requires Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) at sign-in.

2FA protects your Records by verifying your identity in two ways → with your password, and a temporary 6-digit code sent to your phone. (The 6-digit codes persist for 10 minutes.)

Create Account

  1. Head to switchbase.com → and click Sign In

  1. Enter your email address → then click Continue

  1. Open your verification email → and copy your Verification Code

  1. Enter the code → and pick Continue

  1. Enter your password twice → click the terms → then select Continue

Enable 2FA

  1. Enter your phone number → and pick Request Code

  1. Collect the 6-digit security code from your messages → ex. 747909

  1. Enter your code → and tap Continue

Accept your Invitations

To find new Pending Invitations:

  1. Click the down chevron (⌄) in your Organization Switcher

  2. Pick Manage Organizations at the bottom of the list

    • Note: A number indicates how many Pending Invitations are awaiting you → ex. 1

  1. Select Accept → found to the right of any Pending Invitation

  1. Click Enter to open any Organization and get started
