2. Ask AI For → Help!
To Ask AI how to complete a training task in SwitchBase:
Click Ask AI in the Thunderhawk Events Navigation panel
Open + New Chat, ask your question → then click Send
Try three sample questions:
- What is the + Orange button for in SwitchBase?
- How do I share a Dashboard and related Forms with my team?
- How can I pin and organize Chats?
- Why can't I see any data or records showing in my Dashboard?
