Then we will also take a quick peek at the Knowledge Base and show you how that works to deploy Standard Operating Procedure efficiency in an organization → again with the help of Ask AI.

2. Ask AI For → Help!
To Ask AI how to complete a training task in SwitchBase:
Click Knowledge Base in the Thunderhawk Events Navigation panel
Open + New Chat, ask your question → then click Send
Try three sample questions:
- What is the + Orange button for in SwitchBase?
- How do I share a Dashboard and related Forms with my team?
- How can I pin Chats so I don't have to see them all, just the important ones?

If necessary, click the down arrow in your Organization Switcher:
