Filter a Dashboard for an Annual Report

  1. Open Thunderhawk Events and the Event Command Center Dashboard → Hint✋

  2. Clear (x) ALL of the filters in the Event Command Center if needed

  3. Filter in the following way: → Hint✋

    • A. Set the Date Range filter to 365 Days
    • B. In the Issue Statuspick Closed and Dispatched
    • C. In the Search Description filter → enter spill
    • D. In the Records Table → sort the Metadata (date) so the most recent Records appear at the top → Hint✋
    • E. Open the most recent Record displayed in the Records Table

Download a PDF Report

  1. Having set your filters, Download your PDF report → Hint✋

    • Click the Download/Print icon

  2. Include the Title and choose Landscape followed → by Download

  3. Open your PDF Report from your Event Computer's Download folder

    • Inspect your Report → if necessary repeat steps 1-5 if the Report isn't what you want

Open a single Report from the PDF

  1. From your PDF file, click any Record to open it Steps ▶

  2. Optional: Print that Record


Summarize your Event with AISteps ▶

  1. Reopen Thunderhawk Events and the Event Command Center Dashboard → Hint✋

  2. Select the Event you created in Walk 3 → and open the Event in the Edit Record panel

  3. Scroll down to your Event Summary Field → and click its AI icon

  4. Refine your summary by excluding the Medical issues
