Welcome to SwitchBase Training!

  • You're about to select and enter one of our simulations:

    • Thunderhawk Events → for real-time Event Command Center users

    • Thunderhawk Assets → for Asset Management & Maintenance users → Coming Soon

    • Thunderhawk Conventions → Coming a bit later

  • You'll also have access to a personal Sandbox:

    • Test Track → for Admin-level building, experimentation, and practice

  • These are your Mirror Dimensions

    • Try everything — knowing you can do no harm

How to Approach the Training

  • Start with the Key Readings → which are important for all of the simulations

  • And then, challenge the Activities by completing your chosen simulation → each with its own color-coded checklists

1. Read About → SwitchBase

  • Click to read our All About SwitchBase article (~4 min) → and get a 10,000-foot view of the SwitchBase platform

2. Ask For → Your 'Thunderhawk' Simulations

  • If you've already signed into SwitchBase and have your simulations available to you → skip ahead to lesson Walk 2 → Explore & Filter

If you don't have access to your training simulations:

  • Email karl@switchbase.com and ask for our Thunderhawk Events/Assets/Conventions & Test Track simulations

    • Enter:
      • Subject Line →
        • Sign Me Up for the Thunderhawk & Test Track Simulations
      • Body →
        • Name
        • Preferred email address
        • Organization name

3. Sign In & Accept your Invitations

If necessary, read our Register, Sign In & Accept article (~3 min) and then, Sign In to SwitchBase from your computer

  1. Click the down arrow in your Organization Switcher

  2. Pick Manage Organizations → Hint✋

  3. Go to your Pending Invitations → and select Accept

  4. Click Enter to get started
